I bought the Rhinokey® Smart Card for my Peak Design magnetic wallet. Since it's such a small wallet and I often detach it from my phone (MagSafe), I’ve had more than a few moments of panic realizing I’d misplaced it. For almost a year, I kept forgetting or misplacing it — sometimes in my car, sometimes buried somewhere deep in my backpack. That’s when I started looking for a solution.
Enter the Rhinokey® Smart Card.
Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first. It seemed almost too simple to be effective. But wow — and I really mean WOW — that little card saved me multiple times already. It’s surprisingly loud — loud enough to hear from another room, or even from further away if the space is quiet. That alone makes a huge difference.
What impressed me most is that even though my wallet has a metal back and strong magnets (since it’s designed for MagSafe), it doesn't interfere with the Smart Card’s functionality at all. Everything still works flawlessly — something I was initially concerned about.
Now, let’s talk about what it’s missing — it doesn’t have Apple’s W1 chip, so you won’t get the ultra-precise tracking like you do with an AirTag. I assume that’s due to Apple not licensing the chip or maybe some other technical limitations. Still, for me, the loud sound makes up for the lack of pinpoint accuracy. It’s enough to guide me right to the wallet.
Charging is easy and thoughtfully designed. After unboxing and playing around with it, I gave it a full charge, and it’s been performing perfectly ever since. Honestly, I’m still amazed they managed to fit all those components into something the size of a credit card. It’s sleek, lightweight, and doesn’t bulk up my wallet at all.
It fits perfectly in my Peak Design wallet, leaving space for a few more cards or even some folded bills. If you tend to misplace your wallet like I do — and especially if you’re using a minimalist setup — this is a no-brainer.

I used to use Apple Tags, but found them to be bulky especially for my wallet, the Rhino key is brilliant, I’ve got two now, one for my wallet and one for my suitcase when I’m travelling! It’s a great device and brilliant that I can it is rechargeable, don’t need to buy batteries for it!!
The paring and working is perfect! İ am very pleased with it.
Initially I bought 2 smart cards in order to see how they were going to work and as the result was great I bought another pair to fulfill all my needs!!!! You can use it with almost anything and in the wallet you don’t even feel or see that it’s inside!!!

It has a very good quality and it works very well. The location updates every few seconds and the sound of the tone is very loud which is good. I really recommend it.
I’ve been looking for a trackable card like this one for a few years. The best thing is that it fit perfectly, even in a slim cardholder and it’s rechargeable. I’d definitely recommend buying this one!

i have several Apple tags which are fine but none of the protect my CCards or wallet without a lot of faff! Rhinokey is credit card size and fits perfectly. Set up was dead easy so great purchase!
As someone who keeps misplacing his wallet and searching it the next day during hours, rhinocard allows me to easily locate my wallet.
The card is thin enough to fit in any wallet.
Connecting the card to the apple „Find my“ is super easy, simply by pushing the little button on the card.
